What we collect

When you request a discovery call we receive the details you enter: name, email, organization, role, team type, the kind of help you are interested in, timeline, preferred date and time window, time zone, and your message.

To prevent spam and abuse we also record a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We never store your raw IP address.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, schedule a call, and follow up on a possible engagement — and to keep the booking form from being abused (rate limiting).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we do not add you to newsletters.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted on Vercel. Booking requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Rate-limit counters expire within 24 hours.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent — reply to any email from us, or submit a request through the booking form. Depending on where you live (for example under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law or the GDPR), you may have additional rights, and we will honour them.
